OFFICIAL RULES — “These Are A Few Of Grey’s Favorite Things” Holiday Giveaway

Sponsor: Grey Joyner Interiors
Promotion Period: Begins December 1, 2025 and ends December 9, 2025.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, participating brands, their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, follow both Instagram accounts — @GreyJoynerInteriors and @[OtherBrand] (the accounts will be tagged in the post) — and leave a comment on the daily giveaway post. Only comments on that post during the Promotion Period count as entries. Multiple comments do not increase your chances. By commenting you represent and warrant you are 18+ and agree to these Official Rules.
Entry Restrictions: No purchase necessary. Any entry that is incomplete, corrupted, or not in compliance with these Official Rules is void.
Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries received each day of the giveaway and announced publicly on the Sponsor’s Instagram account once the post has been live for 24 hours. The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. A single entrant may only win one day of this nine-day series.
Prize: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Publicity Release: By accepting prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of winner’s Instagram handle and prize information to announce the winner within the original post.
Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of entrant’s participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use/misuse of the prize.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion or any part of it if any fraud, technical problem, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
How to Claim Prize / Shipping: Winner will be asked to provide shipping address or an email address depending on the type of prize won. If shipping is required, Sponsor will ship prize to winner at Sponsor’s expense.
